Charles Baker holds the position of Administrative Manager at Global Electronic Entry, where he oversees and coordinates all administrative operations related to e-Visa application processing and the agency’s internal management.

At Global Electronic Entry, he is an operational pillar. He ensures the proper structuring of internal processes, client file management, secure archiving of sensitive documents, and strict compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements. He also supports the technical and customer service teams to ensure optimal application processing.

As a guarantor of administrative efficiency, Charles plays a central role in maintaining the quality and compliance standards for which the agency is renowned.
